Return & Exchange Policy:
Because candy is a perishable food item, no returns are accepted. Exchanges are only acceptable for UNOPENED bags of candy due to damages during shipping. All claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the order, as determined by the UPS tracking information.
Contact Tel: 877 817 9338 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Your RA# along with instructions will be emailed to you within 2~3 business days. Write the RA# on the package and send back. Once received, replacement product will be shipped within 2~3 business days. All packages without RA# will be refused.
